No. Design is included in every fixed-price contract we sign. Standalone design-only engagements are quoted per project.
Can we take your drawings to another builder?
The drawings are your property once the design fee is paid. In practice, our clients almost always keep the design and build under one contract because it eliminates blame-shifting.
